At Fairchild, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
